Myriad - Great music for great occasions

A dictionary definition of the word "Myriad" suggests "...composed of numerous diverse elements or facets..". 

That is precisely what Myriad is about - we play a range of covers, from 60's classics through to modern day standards. Our range is highly diverse - we play pop, rock, and ballads, preferring to enjoy a range of genre than be tied to one particular sound or style.

Myriad is a group of 4 talented people who have got together to play the music they love for the enjoyment of both themselves but, more importantly, their audiences. We play gigs at any level - from local pubs and clubs to weddings and celebratory events - for the best in truly live music (no backing tracks allowed!), Myriad will delight you.

We take great pride in what we do. Pre-show arrangements are an important part of our preparation, and your contact with Myriad through this process will only ever be with one person. This will ensure continuity and give you the comfort of knowing that this vital part of your arrangements for your event will be in good hands. We truly understand the importance of "getting it right", particularly for celebratory and other special occasions, and take extreme pride in ensuring that our show is as personalised as it ever can be - you, our client, are the most important person in our lives for the period between making your initial contact with us and the actual show itself.

 You may think that pub gigs are not as important as celebrations - not so. We think it is very necessary that a "pub band" plays to a high standard - after all, what is worse than trying to enjoy a pint with some crummy band playing and spoiling your evening? Also, we think pubs are one of the best ways of enjoying our music whilst giving people who may be looking for a band to play at their special event the chance to see how we perform.
