Health & Safety Notice
In these days of litigation, it is important that we issue a few IMPORTANT WARNINGS.
Whilst it is fair to say the band DOES contain nuts, it IS safe for anyone with an allergy to nuts to attend our gigs (just as long as you don't eat us). We do not, to our knowledge, contain any e-numbers, although some hyper-activity may be experienced by the band and its audiences. In fact, we hope this happens.
We are perfectly safe for anyone with a gluten allergy, although we may struggle to satisfy people with an allergy to good live music.
Some dancing may be experienced. This is perfectly normal, highly recommended and quite safe. We actively encourage audience participation, but please DO NOT feed the drummer he will bite
We do recognise that strobe lighting - when used - can be harmful to sufferers of epilepsy, so suggest that you carefully shut your eyes when the light is on, and open them when the light goes off. We do not, however, accept any liability for damage done to excessive use of eyelids caused by rapid usage during this part of our show. Any dizzy effects caused are equally removed from our liability and we advise sufferers to consider litigation in other areas - possibly taking into account the amount of beer or other beverages taken on board over the evening.
Where allowed by the venue, we may use smoke effects during our show. This is enhanced when Andy visits the bar between our sets, and is perfectly normal, dont worry if you think you can smell some choice morrocan, its entirely for medical reasons.
We will do our utmost to ensure the level of sound is kept very high. However, we will try to ensure that the sound is kept at a manageable level, thus we take no responsiblity for any tinitus type effects caused by our music. It sometimes helps NOT to place your ears or other body parts directly against our loudspeakers, although it must be said that the vibration can, in some instances, be very enjoyable and addictive. We will not be responsible for any staining on clothes caused as a result of said vibrations, nor for any dry cleaning bills.
It is normal for high levels of enjoyment to be experienced during our gigs. This is perfectly safe ,and you should not feel at all concerned to feel your feet tapping.
Thank you for reading this very serious message, and we look forward to seeing you. Hopefully, not in court.
